Dudu bear was quite busy that morning. After breakfast, he cleaned the house, blew up balloons, hung the plug-in lights, prepared drinks and fruits... When he finished all the preparing, he waited his friends to come eagerly. Waiting, waiting, waiting, it was not until noon that the doorbell finally rang.

Dudu bear opened the door immediately. Jackrabbit, squirrel and the frog came together. They brought a big blue box and sang the happy birthday songs to Dudu bear.

"Please come in!" Dudu bear grinned happily, he bent down and made a "please" gesture.

Jackrabbit opened the big box with a smile, it was a colorful cake decorated with pine nuts on it.

"Wow, thank you all, this is really a big surprise!" Dudu bear blushed with excitement and clapped his hands. The frog lit the candles on the cake with a lighter. In the flickering candlelight, Dudu Bear closed his eyes and made a wish, then he pouted his mouth and was about to blow out the candle.

"Wait! Dont blow out the candles yet." The squirrel suddenly remembered something, he blinked and said, "Those pine nuts on the cake were baked by my mother, they are delicious, we can use the candle light to bake the nuts again."

Everyone thought this idea was good, and they picked up the pine nuts and baked them with candle light. After a while, the pine nuts gave off a tempting aroma, and Dudu bear was excited. Suddenly, the red flame ignited the pine nut!

"Ouch!" Dudu bears paw was burned by the fire, and he threw the pine nut quickly. No one could ever believed that the burning pine nut just fell on the big furry tail of the squirrel!

"My tail is on fire, help!" The squirrel jumped up in fright. Without thinking, jackrabbit picked up a glass of juice on the table and splashed it on the squirrel. The flame on the tail was put out, but the squirrel became a wet squirrel .

"Help, here, help!" The frog screamed suddenly. Jesus Christ! Someone knocked over the candles on the cake during the mess, and the candle lights ignited the wiring board beside!

"Don’t be panicked!" Jackrabbit picked up a bucket of mineral water and poured it on the wiring board. Boom! With a loud bang, the wiring board exploded, and the colored lights went out, but the flames grew higher and higher! Everyone were so frightened that they all crowded in the corner. Jackrabbit was still muttering: "Why did this happen? Why the water can’t put out the fire?"

Dudu bear jumped into his fathers arms and told the him how it happened intermittently.

"Silly boy, do you know how dangerous it is to play with fire? The fire will burn down the house and even take your life!" Papa bear said with a serious expression on his face. Dudu bear and his friends was ashamed, they bowed their heads and said no more.

Papa bear said to everyone patiently: “When a wiring board or an electrical appliance catches fire, never use water to put out the fire. Because water can conduct electricity, it will short-circuit the wiring board and cause the explosion. If there is high voltage current in the wire, there is a big risk of being electric shocked! So the correct things to do is to cut off the power first, and then use a powder fire extinguisher to extinguish the fire. If the fire is fierce, call 119 as soon as possible,and cover your mouth and nose with a wet towel, and escape from the fire scene carefully.”

Everyone listened carefully and nodded.

"Uncle bear, it was my fault. If it was not me to splash the water on the burning wiring board, it would’ve not cause the explosion at all!" Jackrabbit drooped his ears and said.

"No, it was my fault. If it was not me to suggest baking the pine nuts, it would’ve not catch the fire in the first place." The squirrel stammered.

"No, it was my fault. I accidentally set the squirrels tail on fire. Im sorry." Dudu bear said embarrassingly.

"Dont blame yourself. Anyone who can correct his mistake is still a good boy. Its a pity that such a beautiful birthday cake ruined." Papa bear sighed regretfully. Looking at the ruined cake, Dudu bear shed tears in distress.

"Dont be sad! Guess whats inside the cake?" The frog handed over a spoon to Dudu bear, and told he to dig the cake.

"Huh?!" Dudu bear dug out an iron box from the dark cake. Inside the box, it were candy-made bear, jackrabbit, squirrel and frog! Dudu bear opened his eyes wide. Thanks to his father who extinguished the fire on the cake in time, these lovely candies were not affected at all. What a surprise!

"The small version of us live in a colorful cake and all reborn from the ashes!" The words of the frog made everyone laugh. Dudu bear hugged four small candy dolls tightly, what an unforgettable birthday party!
